1. This Miscellaneous Application has been filed in Securitisation Application No.53/2024.
2. The learned counsel for the MA applicant bank submits that due to some communication gap it has been recorded in the order that the entire payment has been made and the account is closed.
3. The counsel for the MA applicant bank further submits that the same is not the position and the account still not closed. Still the amount of more than Rs.28 Lacs (Rupees Twenty-Eight Lacs ) are due.
4. I have heard the counsel for the MA applicant.
5. The counsel for the SA applicant also appears.
6. In view of the above, I pass the following order.

ORDER
A. The Miscellaneous Application No.32/2024 stands IN THE DEBTS RECOVERY TRIBUNAL, AURANGABAD (BEFORE HON’BLE PRESIDING OFFICER, DRT AT AURANGABAD) ORDER SHEET
[SBJ] (MA No.32/2024) Page 2 of 1 allowed. B. The Order dated 19th April, 2024 are recalled. C. The Securitisation Application No.53/2024 is hereby restored to its original position in which the counsel in which the counsel for the applicant bank undertakes to intimate the other party of next date of hearing. D. The Orders be passed in the Securitisation Application No.53/2024 for appearance of the SA applicant on 27th August, 2024. E. List the Securitisation Application No.53/2024 for completion of pleadings on 27th August, 2024. F. File be consigned to the record room.
