1. The Learned counsel for the respondent-FI submits that there was order passed by the Tribunal on 21.11.2023 and directed the applicant to deposit an amount of Rs. 3 lac and another Rs. 4 lac on 29.12.2023.
2. The Learned counsel for the respondent-FI further submits that the applicant has not deposited Rs. 3 lac on same day but deposited after 3-4 days but has not deposited remaining amount of Rs. 4 lac not deposited till date.
3. Today none appears for the applicant.
4. In view of the above, I pass the following order :
ORDER
A. The Securitisation Application (Dairy) No.1111/2023 stands dismissed for non-prosecution and non compliance of order. B. Accordingly, all the pending Interlocutory Applications stands disposed off. C. Consign the file to the Record Room and orders be uploaded on official web-site.
