1. Mr. D.S. Khamat, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant bank, requested to Registry for listing the matter through video conference due to Covid-19 situation as per extent guidelines. Thus, the matter is placed through Video Conference.
2. By this Misc. Application, the learned counsel for the applicant bank seeks permission of this Tribunal to withdraw the Recovery Certificate No.27/2020 issued in Original Application No.35/2015 as the account is settled between the parties under OTS scheme of the applicant bank and the respondents have paid the entire OTS amount of Rs.6,03,792/- (Rupees Six Lacs Three Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety-Two only).

ORDER
A. Miscellaneous Application No.05/2022 is allowed. B. Copy of this order be sent to the learned Recovery Officer for information. C. The Recovery Officer is directed to close the Recovery Proceedings. D. The Recovery Officer may look into the factum with the original documents are in the file, the same shall be returned to the applicant bank as per procedure. E. Consign the file to the Record Room. The parties may download the order from the official web-site which will be treated as a true copy as due to COVID 19 & staff constraints, the certified copies cannot be issued as of now till further orders.
