1. Mr. A.A. Mishra, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant bank, requested to Registry for listing the matter through video conference due to Covid-19 situation as per extent guidelines. Thus, the matter is placed through Video Conference.
2. By this Misc. Application, the learned counsel for the applicant bank seeks permission of this Tribunal to withdraw the Recovery Certificate No.71/2020 issued in Original Application No.60/2018 as the respondents have paid the entire dues for an amount of Rs.17,84,000/- (Rupees Seventeen Lacs Eighty-Four Thousand only).
3. The applicant has made out the case for withdrawal of the Recovery Certificate as it is satisfied.

ORDER
A. Miscellaneous Application No.11/2022 is allowed.
B. Copy of this order be sent to the learned Recovery Officer for information. C. The Recovery Officer is directed to close the Recovery Proceedings. D. The Recovery Officer may look into the factum with the original documents are in the file, the same shall be returned to the applicant bank as per procedure. E. Consign the file to the Record Room. The parties may download the order from the official web-site which will be treated as a true copy as due to COVID 19 & staff constraints, the certified copies cannot be issued as of now till further orders.
