Syndicate Bank

..Applicant

Versus

Ratnakar Manikrao Gutte & another

..Respondents

Mrs. Sudha Koloti – Advocate for the applicant bank.

None for the respondent.

Due to Covid 19 situation the matter is taken through VC.

1. In this matter the Chamber Appeal has been filed against the orders of the Registrar for rejection of the registration of the Original Application. As per the observations, the online filing of the Original Application was done but there was discrepancy in the pleadings and no documents were uploaded & even the list of documents were not uploaded leave apart filing of the OA.

2. As per the records, there is no plausible reason given to set aside the orders of the Registrar for non-registration.

3. I myself has gone through the Original Application and affidavit annexed to it. On the same date at three different places the signatures are being done and annexed. The reason given is the Covid / Corona. All the Bankers were permitted because of being necessary services. Courts were also functioning to some extent and the advocates were also permitted to do their duties.
