1. This Miscellaneous Application No.04/2019 filed by the applicant for restoration of the Original Application No.36/2013 by setting aside the dismissal order passed against the applicant on 5th October, 2017.
2. This matter was listed for long back.
3. The counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that due to some difficulties steps for service to the respondents have not been taken and in the interest of justice a last chance may be granted.

ORDER
A. The Miscellaneous Application is allowed subject to cost IN THE DEBTS RECOVERY TRIBUNAL, AURANGABAD (BEFORE HON’BLE PRESIDING OFFICER, DRT AT AURANGABAD) ORDER SHEET [MKA/SBJ] ( MA No.04/2019) Page 2 of 2
of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to be paid to the DRT Bar Association Aurangabad. B. If the payment of cost is made and the receipt is furnished to the Registry, the Registry shall restore the Original Application No.36/2013 which shall be listed before the Registrar on 6th April, 2022 and if fresh notices are required the Registrar shall issue the fresh notices. List the matter OA 36/2013 through VC before the Registrar on 6th April, 2022.
Both the parties may download the order from the official web-site which will be treated as a true copy as due to COVID 19 & staff constraints, the certified copies cannot be issued as of now till further orders.
