1. Mr. Umesh N. Shete, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant bank, requested to Registry for listing the matter through video conference due to Covid-19 situation as per extent guidelines. Thus, the matter is placed through Video Conference.
2. By this Misc. Application, the learned counsel for the applicant bank seeks permission of this Tribunal to withdraw the Recovery Certificate No.08/2020 issued in Original Application No. 185/2013 as the account is amicably settled between the parties and the respondents have paid the One Times Settlement amount of Rs.07,50,000/- (Rupees Seven Lacs Fifty Thousand only).

A. Miscellaneous Application No.18/2022 is allowed.
