1. Mrs. A.B.Karadkhedkar, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant bank, requested to Registry for listing the matter through video conference due to Covid-19 situation as per extent guidelines. Thus, the matter is placed through Video Conference.
2. By this Misc. Application, the learned counsel for the applicant bank seeks permission of this Tribunal to withdraw the Recovery Certificate No.06/2017 issued in Original Application No. 155/2014 as the account is amicably settled between the parties under OTS Rin Samadhan and the respondents have paid the Settlement amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lacs only).
3. The applicant has made out the case for withdrawal of the Recovery Certificate as it is satisfied.

ORDER
A. Miscellaneous Application No.34/2022 is allowed.
B. Registry is directed to send the copy of this order to the learned Recovery Officer for information. C. The Recovery Officer is directed to close the Recovery Proceedings bearing no. 06/2017. D. The Recovery Officer may look into the factum with the original documents if in the file, the same shall be returned to the applicant bank as per procedure. E. Consign the file to the Record Room.
