1. In this matter the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant-bank submits that she was not well on the date when the matter was dismissed in default.
2. There is no explanation of the earlier date when the matter was re-notified for proper orders.
3. The applicant has filed present Miscellaneous Application No.40/2022 for restoration of Original Application No.346/2016 which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 17th February, 2022.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, I pass the following order through video conferencing:

ORDER
A. The Miscellaneous Application No.40/2022 is hereby allowed.
B. The Original Application No.346/2016 is hereby restored to its original position for hearing on I.A. No.192/2018 for production of claim affidavit and original documents on 12th July, 2022.
