1. This application has been filed alongwith the Interlocutory Application No.685/2022 for condonation of delay of 129 days. The application is for restoration of Securitisation Application No.112/2017 which is dismissed in default on 29th November, 2021.
2. The Tribunal is not interested in condoning the delay as no cogent reasons have been given. The application stands dismissed and accordingly all Interlocutory Applications also stand dismissed.
3. The petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the actions of bank under Securtisation Act in case the respondent-bank take steps under securitisation with all the objections which he might have taken in the Securitisation Application No.112/2017.
