1. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that they have paid the entire dues under the One Time Settlement however, No Dues Certificate is yet to be issued.

2. The payment is confirmed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-bank and he confirms that No Dues Certificate has not been issued. Issuance of no dues certificate is a formality now as the entire payment as per the One Time Settlement has been paid.

3. In view of this, I do not deem it fit to continue with the proceedings of the Miscellaneous Application. Once the respondent-bank has received the amount under One Time Settlement.

4. In view to this, the Miscellaneous Application No.07/2020 is dismissed as settled and file be consigned to the record room. The parties may download the order from the official web-site which will be treated as a true copy as due to COVID 19 & staff constraints, the certified copies cannot be issued as of now till further orders.
