By this interlocutory application the applicant seeks permission of this Tribunal to withdraw the Miscellaneous Application No.10/2020 in Original Application for Rs.11,47,450/-. The applicant submits that a settlement has been arrived between parties for <b>Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lacs only)</b> and entire amount of OTS is paid.</li><li>3. The Applicant Bank therefore, seeks permission of this Tribunal to withdraw the Original Application. The applicant seeks to refund of the court fees.</li><li>4.
