**ORDER**
The petitioners have filed present MA to condone the delay of 12 days in filing restoration of MA 74/2024 in OA 61/2019 which is dismissed for default on 11.11.2024.
Vide order dt. 13.11.2025, the Respondents/OP is debarred from filing counter.
I have heard the Ld. Counsel of the applicant MA 74/2024 is dismissed for default for non prosecution of matter. The applicant/petitioner has filed this present petition to condone the delay of only 12 days. Hence in the interest of justice I allow this MA 01/2025 and condone the delay and direct the Ld. Registrar to the number the petition D.No. 441/2024 to set aside the dismissal order if otherwise in order.
