**ORDER**
In the above MA, the applicant has prayed to set aside the dismissal order dated 06.11.2024 by restoring the O.A. on file and to pass appropriate orders in the interest of justice.
As per the MA, on the date fixed for hearing, no one appeared on behalf of the applicant, and this O.A. is dismissed for default.
Vide order dated 19.12.2025, R1 to R6 were debarred from filing a counter in the M.A.
After perusal of the record, I find that the case was fixed for hearing on 06.11.2024 and on that the applicant was not present on that date.
The applicant has filed the present M.A. on 20.12.2024. After scanning the record, I find that the applicant is ready to prosecute the case. In the interest of justice, I set aside the order dated 06.11.2024 and restore O.A. No. 443 of 2024 on its original number.
Accordingly, I allow the M.A. No. 27/2025 and direct the Ld. Registrar to register the O.A. on its original number and to issue notice to the defendants in the O.A. and direct the petitioner to file the necessary requisites for sending notice in the OA.
