**ORDER**
This RA was filed by the applicant to review the order passed by the Tribunal on 06.12.2023 in the above OA.
During the course of hearing, the applicant has filed memo stating that the matter has been amicably resolved the dispute through a OTS and pursuant to the said settlement, the Review applicant has paid the entire OTS amount to the Respondent bank on 11.02.2026 and the Respondent has accepted the same. Therefore prayed to permit the applicant to withdraw the RA.
In view of the memo filed by the applicant this RA is closed, as per memo, as prayed for, as withdrawn. Accordingly RA is closed/disposed off, as per memo, as withdrawn.
