**ORDER**
The applicant has filed the above MA 143/2023 PM 04.10.2023 and prayed to set aside the dismissal order passed against the applicant on 13.09.2023 and restore the OA on file for further proceedings in the matter, in the interest of justice.
After perusal of the record I find that OA 238/2023 is dismissed by this Tribunal on 13.09.2023 and the applicant has filed this MA on 04.10.2023.
Vide order dt. 22.06.2026 the OP is debarred from filing counter.
This MA is within time and limitation period. The Ld. Counsel of the applicant in this MA has submitted <sup>2- that</sup> to due to mistake the applicant counsel could not represent the matter on behalf of applicant bank on 13.09.2023 and this Tribunal has dismissed the OA for default.
Considering the explanation given by the applicant I allow MA 143/2023 and set aside the order dt. 13.09.2023 passed in OA 238/2023 and Ld. Registrar is directed to restore the OA on its original number. I direct the Ld. Registrar to send the notice through registered post to the defendants in OA 238/2023, and I also direct the applicant to file the necessary requisites for sending the notice in OA, posted to 13.10.2026
