**ORDER**
In the above MA the applicant has prayed to issue Recovery Certificate for the entire claim amount of Rs. 34,65,140.89ps together with interest and costs till the date of realization, in favour of the applicant Bank.
Vide order dt. 02.09.2026 respondents are debarred from filing counter in the present MA.
As per MA defendants agreed to pay OTS amount within two months but failed to pay the amount as per the terms. The defendants have willfully failed the terms and conditions of the said award. Perused the terms of compromise, since the defendants of OA has not paid the amount as per the terms of compromise. Hence I direct the Office to issue recovery certificate for recovery of balance amount with interest and costs as per terms and conditions of the compromise petition with interest @ 9% pa with monthly rests till the recovery of the amount.
Accordingly this MA 45/2026 is disposed of.
