The above SA was filed by the applicant challenging the measures initiated by respondent bank. However, during the course of hearing the Ld. Counsel for applicant present and filed a memo stating that the 3<sup>rd</sup> petitioner filed SA 434/2019 in DRT Visakhapatnam and same was disposed off on 08.10.2020 as such the above MA is being not pressed. Hence the Ld. Counsel for applicant is not pressing the MA along with SA 248/2017 along with all connected IAs as withdrawing.
In view of not pressing the MA in SA, the MA 100/2019 in SA 248/2017 along with all connected IAs are disposed of/closed, as not pressed, as prayed for.
