Heard the Ld. Counsel for the applicant on this MA. The applicant has filed this Misc. petition to set aside the dismissal order dated 22.06.2022 in MA 105/2020 in OA 824/2018.
After perusal of the order sheet it reveals that on 22.06.2022, no one was present on behalf of the both the parties, hence this MA 105/2020 is dismissed for default for non prosecution of the matter as the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the matter. In the interest of justice, I allow MA 34/2022 and set aside the order dated 22.06.2022 passed by this tribunal in MA 105/2022 and fix the date for hearing in MA 105/2020 as a last chance, on 01.09.2022, no further time will be given.
