Heard Ld. Counsel for the applicant bank. Perused the record. On 24.06.2022 no one appeared on behalf of the applicant. On repeated calls no one present on behalf of the applicant. Hence this OA along with IA if any are dismissed for default for non prosecution of the matter. The applicant has filed this petition on 25.07.2022 within time. In the interest of justice, I allow this MA and setaside the order dated 24.06.2022 passed in OA 1185/2019. OA is restored and issue notice as well as issue paper publication against the defendants in OA 1185/2019 posted to 21.09.2022.
