This O.A. is filed with a prayer to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not extending the benefit of 2nd Time Bound Promotion to the applicant w.e.f. 01.10.2011. Several grounds are urged in the O.A.

2. The respondents filed a counter affidavit stating that the benefit of 2nd Time Bound Upgradation to the applicant was delayed on account of lack of clarification from BSNL on that aspect.

3. Shri M.C. Jacob, learned Standing Counsel for BSNL stated that the clarification has since been received and the applicant is also extended the benefit of 2nd Time Bound Upgradation through proceedings dated 09.06.2017 w.e.f. 01.10.2011.

4. With this, the grievance of the applicant has been redressed and nothing remains to be decided in the O.A. It is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
