Ld. Counsel for Applicant Bank filed a Memo stating that Applicant Bank has filed the OA for recover of Rs.11,83,905/- along with subsequent interest, expenses etc and defendants have paid total sum of Rs. 5,38,793/-(Rupees Five lakhs thirty eighty thousand seven hundred and ninety three only) under Compromise under Bank Adalat and credited the same on 18.08.2018 and As the Defendants paid the total amount, the Applicant Bank prayed for recording Full Satisfaction of OA amount settled under compromised under bank Adalath paid to the applicant bank.

In view of Memo filed by Applicant Bank, Full Satisfaction is recorded and accordingly the OA stands closed/disposed of and order return of the Documents to Defendants if any, under acknowledgement.
