CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL HYDERABAD (TELANGANA) NO. 5-10-193, 1ST FLOOR, HACA BHAVAN,HYDERABAD - 500004 Order Sheet Item no.: 7 O.A./791/2026 (TELANGANA) [ POSTING ] Court No.: 2 No of Adjournment: Order Dated: 15/10/2026 SARANYA B Vs MILITARY HOSPITAL

For Applicant(s) Advocate : DR A RAGHU KUMAR

For Respondent(s) Advocate : B GAYATRI VARMA Order of The Tribunal Heard Dr. A. Raghu Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant. Mrs. K. Rajitha represents Mrs. B. Gayatri Varma, learned Senior Standing Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents. The representation given by the applicant on 09.10.2026 for extension of joining time against the posting order, dt. 06.10.2026, gives a number of reasons, but more serious is the follow-up action of her surgery, myomectomy, at Medicover Hospital. She has given representation at Annex-A5, para 9, as well as OA. She has submitted that she needs extension of time of only 6 months i.e., 30.04.2027. Because of these reasons, the grounds stated by the applicant are genuine, therefore, she should not be relieved till the reply is received from the respondents. Respondents are granted four weeks time for filing reply. Post the matter on 13.11.2026.
