For Applicant(s) Advocate : ANITA SWAIN
For Respondent(s) Advocate : V VINOD KUMAR, G TRINADHA RAO Order of The Tribunal M.A. No. 283/2026 and M.A. No. 288/2026 have been filed seeking impleadment of additional respondents, M.A. No. 283/2026 by learned counsel for the respondents and M.A. No. 288/2026 by learned counsel for the applicant. For the reasons stated in the respective M.As., both applications are allowed. In M.A. No. 283/2026, learned counsel for the applicant raises an objection that the advance copy served upon her is defective, inasmuch as only three official respondents have been impleaded therein, whereas the O.A. arrayed four official respondents. Be that as it may, in addition to the four official respondents, the proposed private respondents are also impleaded. Accordingly, both M.As. are allowed. The amended memo of parties shall be filed within one week. Learned counsel for the newly impleaded private respondents has filed a synopsis, an advance copy of which has already been supplied to learned counsel for the applicant. A copy of the same shall also be supplied to the learned counsel for the official respondents. In the meantime, three weeks' time is granted to the respondents to file their reply. The applicant may file a rejoinder, if any, within two weeks thereafter. The pleadings in all respects shall be completed before the next date of hearing. List the matter for final hearing on 16.11.2026. The interim order, if any, shall continue until the next date of hearing.
