1. Experience of working in a residential school.

2. Working knowledge of English and Hindi/ other regional language. The counsel for the applicant draws attention to the fact that he has crossed all hurdles except that his case has not been considered, vide the verification certificate, dt.29.09.2026, for non-possession of requisite qualification vis-à-vis the post involved, i.e., TGT (Computer Science). Counsel for the applicant lays emphasis on the fact that the curriculum in B.Sc-Computer Application, undergone by the applicant, is identical to the requisite qualification of B.Sc. (Computer Science) in as much the applicant has studied computer science as a main subject for all the years. However, on the contrary, we observe that as per the certificate, dt.21.01.2013, issued by the Kakatiya University, the subject ‘Computer Application’ is shown as an optional subject, that too only for the year 2010. Therefore, even if we presume the applicant’s contention, to be correct, at this stage, a mere perusal of the certificate shows that it is not the case of the applicant that he has studied computer science as a ‘main’ subject for all the years, which is mandated as per the above-mentioned notification. Much reliance is placed to a clarification, dt.23.09.2026 & 03.10.2026, issued by the Ewing Christian College and Maharaja Ganga Singh University, respectively, regarding the similarity and syllabus and equivalence of the requisite degree vis-à-vis the degree in question. The jurisdiction of this Tribunal is very limited for adjudicating the present matter. It is also noted that, as per the pleadings, the applicant contends that the degree possessed by her is not the requisite qualification as per the notification but only an equivalent course. Merely because the applicant stands a chance to participate in the selection process does not ipso-facto give her the right to participate in the same unless and until she possesses the qualification mandated as per the notification/ Recruitment Rules, no Interim Relief can be granted at this stage. For that matter, if the applicant is able to succeed at a later stage, appropriate directions may be issued by this Tribunal for conducting the interview at that point of time. However, at this stage, the applicant’s prayer for grant of Interim Relief cannot be acceded to.

Mrs. N Naga Prasanthi, ld. Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents. Four weeks’ time is granted to the Respondents to file reply to the O.A. List the case on 16.12.2026. In the meantime, pleadings in the matter may be completed. Order dasti.
