Learned counsel for the applicant states that the issue is already covered in the judgment of this Tribunal in OA Nos.1362 & 1479/2015, as well as OA/332/2000, and it may be decided on similar lines. He argues that no alternative employment on medical decategorization could be provided to the applicant in Secunderabad Division or in Vijayawada Division, therefore, he retired as Loco Pilot (Annexure-A5). CFR is directed to file documents brought by him along with a memo, along with an index, giving gist of the issues covered by these documents, after giving a copy of the same to the opposite party. Post the matter on 08.10.2026.
