CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL HYDERABAD (TELANGANA) NO. 5-10-193, 1ST FLOOR, HACA BHAVAN,HYDERABAD - 500004 Order Sheet Item no.: 3 O.A./735/2026 (TELANGANA) [ TERMINATION ] Court No.: 1 No of Adjournment: Order Dated: 29/09/2026 SANJEEV KUMAR Vs KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA SANGATHAN (KVS)
For Applicant(s) Advocate : J JAYA PRASAD THOMAS
For Respondent(s) Advocate : Order of The Tribunal In this case, the applicant is challenging the impugned termination order dated 17.07.2026. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the applicant that a show-cause notice was issued to the applicant on 06.06.2025, to which the applicant submitted a reply. Thereafter, a charge memo dated 03.03.2026 was issued, and an Enquiry Officer and a Presenting Officer were appointed. The inquiry proceeded up to the stage of submission of the written brief by the Presenting Officer on 11.05.2026. However, the said proceedings were abandoned by the respondents themselves without reaching any final conclusion, and the impugned termination order was issued, which is contrary to the provisions of law. Taking into consideration the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant, issue notice to the respondents on the question of admission as well as interim relief, returnable on 04.11.2026. At this stage, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 accepts notice and seeks time to file a reply. Notice may be issued to respondent No. 1, returnable on the same day. List the case on 04.11.2026.
