For Respondent(s) Advocate : N PARAMESWARA REDDY Order of The Tribunal The applicant is challenging the impugned punishment order dated 06.08.2014 at Annexure A-11, whereby the Disciplinary Authority imposed the penalty of removal from service. Against the said order, the applicant preferred an appeal before the Appellate Authority, which, vide order dated 05.05.2016 at Annexure A-12, took a lenient view and reduced the penalty of removal from service to that of reduction to the lowest grade. The aforesaid order was further challenged by the applicant before the Revisional Authority, which, vide order dated 24.10.2017, affirmed the order passed by the Appellate Authority. However, the applicant has not placed on record the copy of the appeal memo as well as the revision memo, and therefore, the facts and grounds raised by the applicant before the respective authorities, which are now being raised before this Tribunal while challenging the aforesaid orders, cannot be ascertained. Learned counsel for the applicant is, therefore, directed to place on record copies of the appeal memo and revision memo within a period of two weeks.
