For Respondent(s) Advocate : K RAJITHA Order of The Tribunal On 22.06.2026 following order has been passed by this Tribunal: "On the other hand, the respondents' counsel submits that after the order was upheld by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the matter was referred to the Ld. ASG seeking his opinion for filing a review petition. After due deliberation, the ld. ASG has not found the case fit for filing review petition. Therefore, the respondents' counsel, appearing along with an Officer of the Air Force, seeks three months' time on behalf of the Department, for implementation of the order and filing compliance report. Permitted." In spite of the aforesaid order, no compliance has been filed on behalf of the contemnor, however, an oral prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the respondents that after the opinion of learned ASG the department is bound to implement the order passed by this Tribunal. Fact remains no compliance has been submitted. As a last indulgence two weeks' time is granted to comply with the order and submit the compliance. List the case on 27.10.2026.
