CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL HYDERABAD (TELANGANA) NO. 5-10-193, 1ST FLOOR, HACA BHAVAN,HYDERABAD - 500004 Order Sheet Item no.: 5 O.A./631/2025 (ANDHRA PRADESH) [ COMPASSIONATE APPOINTMENT ] Court No.: 2 No of Adjournment: 7 Order Dated: 28/09/2026 SHAIK GHOUSE VALI Vs POST AP CIRCLE

For Applicant(s) Advocate : K VENKATESWARA RAO

For Respondent(s) Advocate : M BRAHMA REDDY, Sr.PC for CG Order of The Tribunal Smt. K.Janaki represented Sri K.Venkateswara Rao, learned counsel for the applicant. Sri M.Brahma Reddy, learned Sr.Panel Counsel, is making a peculiar statement in which he says both, that he has submitted/handed over additional reply and also that he will hand over additional reply, which inspires very little confidence in his submission. On behalf of applicant, it has been stated that no copy of additional reply has been received. On the last occasion, almost four weeks' time was granted on account of personal difficulty of the counsel for the Respondents. However, he has not utilised the time given, because of which, no hearing could take place today. Respondents will do well to monitor the progress in this case, so that the matter can be resolved without such delays.

As a last chance, two weeks' time is granted for filing additional reply, failing which right to file the same will be forfeited. Post the matter on 26.10.2026. Varun Sindhu Kul Kaumudi Member (A) Sandhya Pandirlapalli ( ps )
