MA/27/2023 In MA 27/2023, Orders passed vide separate sheets. For the reasons stated therein, OA No.1687/2019 is restored on Board and the DRC is recalled. Applicant Bank to carry out amendment in the OA, impleading the LRs of the deceased 1st Defendant as Defendants No.1(a), 1(b) and 1(c) within two weeks before the Registrar and serve the amended copy to the Petitioner’s Counsel within a week thereafter. As the case is of the year 2019, Defendants are permitted to file their written statements within three weeks from the date of receipt of the amended OA. Call on 23.05.2025 for report of compliance and further proceedings. Registry to properly construct the proceedings sheet of the OA.
