Counsel for the Applicant present. MA/85/2025 is an application filed by the Applicant against the orders of the Registrar declaiming the OA in the Diary No.858/2025.
MA stands allowed on payment of Rs.1000/- payable to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund/Prime Minister’s Care Fund, which is to be remitted in a week’s time. Apart from the above, the Applicant has to clear the Defects in a week’s time from today. Subject to compliance of the above directions, OA to be numbered, if the same is otherwise in order.
