MA/86/2025 Counsel for the Applicant present. MA/86/2025 is an application filed by the Applicant against the order of the Registry declining the unnumbered OA as the Defects was not cured. Even though no sufficient reason is made out, the petition stands allowed on payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund/Prime Minister’s Care Fund, which is to be remitted in two weeks from today. Apart from the above, Applicant has to cure the defects, if any, and submits the OA. Subject to compliance of the above directions, Registry to number the OA, if the same is otherwise in order.
