**ORDERS ON IA NO.1992/2020**
The Applicant Bank has filed I.A. No.1992/2020 to pass an order for return of all documents/records produced in the above OA and marked as Exhibits A-3 to A-12, to the Applicant.
2. The Manager of the Applicant Bank in the affidavit submits that the O.A. was filed for recovery of total debt of Rs.28,09,150/- and
2I.A. No.1992/2020 in O. A. No.350/2016 in T.A No.1107/2017
the same was allowed on 19.05.2018. The Defendants have cleared all the dues to the Applicant Bank and Applicant have recovered entire claim amount.
3. The Applicant Bank further submits in the Affidavits dated 06.11.2020 that at the time of the Evidence, the Applicant had produced the original documents before this Hon'ble court and the same as marked as exhibits A3 to A12 is required for returning to the Defendants.
4. In view of the fact that the entire claim amount of the applicant is recovered, and the prayer for return of original documents is allowed. The Registry is directed to return the Original documents/records which are marked as Exhibits A-3 to A-12, to the Applicant as prayed in the IA to the Applicant Bank on due acknowledgment as prescribed under the law after ensuring necessary procedures. Accordingly, I.A. No.1992/2020 stands allowed.
