In view of the Notification SO 4717(E) dated 04.10.2022 issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services and published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, S.3, sub-section (ii), this Tribunal is divested of its jurisdiction on this matter and hence the case records in RA Dy No.603/2016 along with back documents (including OA 30/2013 and recovery certificate bearing No..10159/2016) shall be transferred to DRT-1 Chennai. The parties are directed to appear before the said Tribunal on 25.06.2025.
