2. The grievance of the applicant is that he was denied full pay & allowances for the period of his disability. However, he is being offered the lumpsum pension which did not actually satisfy to him. However, keeping in view of his health condition, he is now willing to accept what is being offered to him i.e. lumpsum pension.

4. Sri P. Maishan, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he would like to withdraw this present O.A..

5. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the appplicant, prayer for withdrawal of this O.A. is allowed.

6. Accordingly, O.A. is closed.
