ORDER :-

1. At the outset, Mr. Manish Chhangani, learned advocate for the respondent submitted that the appellant’s grievance can be addressed if the appellant furnishes three documents, namely, details of appointment of the independent director, minutes of the board meeting and the relevant ROC filing to show that the chairman was an independent director.

2. Learned Advocate for the appellant seeks 10 days to furnish the said documents.
