As per Ld. Counsel for Appellant, the Appellant has not complied order dated 12.05.2026 till today only stated that the appeal has been filed before Hon'ble Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal. But no any stay order has been submitted till today. The said version was stated on 05.06.2026 and 12.08.2026 by Ld. Counsel for Appellant.
In the light of conduct of the Appellant, this appeal after considering order dated 12.05.2026 and 12.08.2026 liable to be dismissed. Hence dismissed.
If any order shall be submitted by the Appellant in future, the appeal may revive if directed by Hon'ble Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal and exempted the appellant from Court fee or issue any direction to this Tribunal. The Tribunal shall take action accordingly.
