This petition has been filed by the applicant in relation to S.A. No. 102 of 2024 which has already been decided by this Tribunal on 05.09.2024.
As per Ld. Counsel for Applicants, the respondent bank has filed an Appeal before Hon'ble Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal against judgment dated 05.09.2024.
In this matter, judgement in Appeal shall be binding on the parties and entitled for the same, there is no need to take in abeyance this petition.
In the light of above observations, the petition is disposed off accordingly. No order as to cost.
