This petition has been filed by the applicant in the light of order passed by Hon'ble High Court of Uttarakhand at Nainital dated 05.12.2024 by which the Tribunal was directed to decide the petition within a period of 15 days but after filing of this petition none has come on behalf of applicant before the Tribunal for placing version of the applicant.
In the light of the situation created by the applicant, the Tribunal is unable to decide this matter on merit and in constraint, the petition is dismissed in default of applicant, due to none present on behalf of applicant or Ld. Counsel for Applicant. Now time is 4:10PM.
