Ld. Counsel for the Applicant has stated that the Applicant wants to settle the matter with the Respondent F.I.
Previously, Securitization Application No.33 of 2025 was disposed off on the basis of regularization of the account.
If Applicant want to settle the matter, may approach appropriate forum with the said proposal/version. This Tribunal can take action for settlement only in pending matters, if any party wants to settle the matter in absence of litigation, this Tribunal is not competent to take action in relation to the settlement and the Applicant is entitled for approaching appropriate forum competent for pre-litigation settlement.
In the light of above, this petition is disposed of in limine.
All interim applications, if any are also disposed off accordingly.
Record be consigned.
