Ld. Counsel for Applicant ARC has filed an affidavit vide diary no. 5692 dated 15.10.2025 of Sh. Himanshu Yadav, Authorized Officer of the Reliance Assets Reconstruction Company Ltd., at Work Exchange, Lower Ground Floor, Best Business Square, Sector 20, Dwarka, New Delhi 110075.
As per affidavit the OTS offer letter dated 16.08.2023 of defendants and sanction letter dated 23.08.2023 issued by the Reliance ARC the amount has been deposited by the defendants. The signature of Sh. Himanshu Yadav, Authorized Officer of the Reliance Assets Reconstruction Company Ltd. is also identified through Ld. Counsel.
In the light of settlement between the parties, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
