Respondent F.I. has already submitted objections by diary no.7326 dated 05.12.2024.
On perusal of the petition, it is come into the light that the objections are related with the S.A.R.F.A.E.S.I. action, no any reason has been mentioned in objections on the basis of which the application for restoration of this original securitization application on the basis of order passed by Hon'ble High Court is not allowable.
In the light of circumstances and after consideration order passed by Hon'ble High Court, in the opinion of the Tribunal, the prayer for restoration of the Securitization Application is allowable. Hence allowed and Securitization application is restored to its original number as S.A. No.111 of 2024.

Let, notice be issued to Respondent F.I. in the S.A. inviting reply, if any. The Applicant is directed to take steps for issuance and service of summon along-with complete paper-book upon Respondent F.I. by Registered AD Cover/Speed Post AD Cover/Dasti Mode against acknowledgment. The Applicants is further directed to file proof of service of both mode including Tracking Report of Postal Authority & personal acknowledgment along-with affidavit before the next date fixed.
Respondent F.I. may file reply/objections within 30 days, if any. Put up on **30.01.2026** for further consideration.
