ORDER
A photocopy of affidavit 19.10.2026 of Shri Raghvendra Singh Yadav, Under Secretary, Department of Ex-servicemen Welfare has been handed over in Court with the submission that the original is in post and shall be placed on record the moment it is received.
Perusal of the affidavit shows that a review application viz RA-CW- 624 of 2026 has been filed but has not been listed as yet.
Affidavit of respondent No. 4 has not been received and learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that non-receipt of said affidavit was due to some mis-communication.
In view of the above, notice issued to Smt. Sukriti Likhi, IAS, Secretary, Department of Ex-servicemen Welfare, is discharged.
