ORDER

Col S. Ganesh, Officiating OIC Records, the Brigade of the Guards, has appeared in person through Video Conferencing and has submitted that the case of the applicant for grant of invalid pension in accordance with Policy dated 16.07.2020 has been rejected vide order dated 17.08.2026.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that with the passing of the aforestated order, the Original Application has been rendered infructuous. It may be, accordingly, disposed of. The applicant will challenge the impugned order dated 17.08.2026 in accordance with law.

Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to the applicant to challenge the order dated 17.08.2026 in accordance with law.
