ORDER
On 27.09.2023, we were informed that the present case is identical to OA No.320 of 2017 and both of them can be heard together. The Registry has, however, listed OA No.2570 of 2018, OA No.3573 of 2018, OA No.2571 of 2018 and OA (Appeal) No.3710 of 2018 in addition. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that all the above cases cannot be decided by a single order. They need to be heard individually. The Registry is directed to detag the cases.
The cases be detagged and listed on different dates. This case is being adjourned to 16.12.2026.
