ORDER
On 24.04.2026, we were informed that the present case is identical to OA No.2570 of 2018 and OA (Appeal) No.3710 of 2018 and they can be heard together. The Registry has, however, listed OA No.319 of 2017, OA No.3573 of 2018, OA No.2571 of 2018 and OA (Appeal) No.3710 of 2018 in addition. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that all the above cases cannot be decided by a single order. They need to be heard individually. The Registry is directed to detag the cases and list them on different dates. Adjourned to 06.01.2027. Case at item No.19 is adjourned to 16.12.2026.
