Learned counsel for the applicant has relied upon Rule 7 of the Entitlement Rules for Casualty Pensionary Awards to Armed Forces Personnel, 2008, to submit that by merely relying upon Para 4 of Guide to Medical Officers (Military Pensions)-2008, the respondents have not discharged the onus placed upon them to show that the disability was neither attributable to nor aggravated by military service.
