ORDER
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant was invalided from service after 07 years, 08 months and 25 days. By virtue of invalidment, he had been deprived of his livelihood. Thus, payment of disability element could not have been discontinued merely because the extent of disability had fallen below 20%. The applicant could not have been re-enrolled on this account.
