ORDER

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the onset of the disability of ‘Stroke LTA MCA Territory Infract with Haemorrhagic Transformation’ was in September 2017. The applicant confines his claim to grant of disability element for the said disability only. Guide to Medical Officers (Military Pensions), 2023, could not have been applied.

To succeed, it has to be shown that the disability would have been assessed as either attributable to or aggravated by military service, had it been assessed under the Guide to Medical Officers (Military Pensions), 2008. For this purpose, learned counsel for the applicant seeks time.

Adjourned to 13.01.2027.

It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be given for the purpose.
